| I direct all yall attention over to My New Blog. When I feel the need to blog, it'll be here, not on LJ. I'll still read stuff here on my friends page obviously, but I'm much more of a visual kind of guy and Blogger makes that so much easier. So I'm gonna try and use it like a visual journal of stuff I do and perhaps waffle about it on the side.
Jus thought I'd let you know. | comments: Leave a comment |
| I often tend to judge new Castlevania games by the awesomeness of their music.
The new Castlevania rocks.
Not just because of the music though, which is great as usual, but the gameplay is awesome. Like the Psx one, but with some touch screen gimickery added. And it has the best sprite work I have seen in a long long time. Light years better than the GBA games. The graphics really have me in awe.
I just hope i can pull myself away from it to play Pac N Roll, Phoenix Wright, and make sure I dont neglect my nintendog (again.. :B) | comments: Leave a comment |
| 1) What's the first word that comes to mind when you think of me? 2) Go to google and search for that word. 3) Reply to this post with one of the pictures on the first page of results (don't tell me the word). 4) Put this in your own blog so that I can do the same.

| Further futurama news!!
Billy West himself has said that futurama is coming back, in the form of straight to DVD movies.
"Well, I spoke to David X.Cohen because we did promos for a new Futurama compilation and he said that they did have talks with the top guys at FOX and they were extremely impressed with the sales of the Futurama DVDs. The idea was to make a Futurama movie right to DVD and then a 2nd and a 3rd. That's what's being discussed. Fox is trying to figure out a budget for the whole project, and it sounded like David X. was very jazzed!
I would love more than anything to do that show again. I thought it was best experience on every level... creatively, voice-wise, writing, animation and the laughs. The laughs. Writers and performers that respected each other."

| I'd forgotten how awesome, fun, and original Mario 64 was.
I'd also forgotten how fucking annoyingly frustrating it is at times, too.
I have recently recalled both of these facts upon playing Mario 64 DS a lot. It really is awesome. apart from the fucking annoying bits which havent been ironed out, only enforced by the stylus-not-as-good-as-analog controls. Oh well, the new additions and sweet graphics make up for it. Whats annoying me most atm is the fact that I bought Touch! Kirby's magical paint brush! from lik-sang about 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived >=( I really want that game, It better hurry up. Probably phone the post office tomorrow/today if it doesnt arrive this morning.
Playing my DS is more or less all i've been doing. As well as playing with my new Kitty, called Misty. She's almost 6 weeks old and is TINY. Grey furre with white and brown splotches all over. She's really sweet and friendly, but likes to EAT YOUR HAND if you get to close. Sharp claws and teeth for a kitty, too >___>. Funny thing is she's super confident, and my big tom cat Ollie is a chicken shit, so its pretty hilarious to watch a full grown tom being chased by the tiniest cat you ever saw. I'll put up photos of her some time.
Right I'm gonna go watch some Sentai goodness, then maybe play a tiny bit of DS till I fall asleep. Chao! | comments: 1 comment or Leave a comment |

Washu_chan: "I'm gonna live with Underground Grandma" says: psh, 78 is nothing! my great aunt was 96 when she kicked the bucket
The real Spacewog says: but she didnt wear a heavy pope hat
The real Spacewog says: it crushes the spinal column like a slinky

| Angst is a German word for fear or anxiety. It is used in English to describe a more intense feeling of internal emotional strife. A different but related meaning is attributed to Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard (1813–1855). Kierkegaard used the word angst (Danish, meaning "dread") to describe a profound and deep-seated spiritual condition of insecurity and despair in the free human being. Where the animal is a slave to its God-given instincts but always confident in its own actions, Kierkegaard believed that the freedom given to mankind leaves the human in a constant fear of failing its responsibilities to God. Kierkegaard's concept of angst is considered to be an important stepping stone for 20th-century existentialism.
While Kierkegaard's feeling of angst is fear of actual responsibility to God, in modern use, angst is broadened to include general frustration associated with the conflict between actual responsibilities to self, one's principles, and others (possibly including God). Still, the angst in alternative music may be more accessible to most audiences than the esoteric tradition of existentialism. The term "angst" is now widely used with a negative and derisive connotation that mocks the expression of a common adolecent experience of malaise, possibly brought on by the physiological changes of puberty, in "whiney", melancholy music.
